All the print is direct print from the image which is sent by client, if any retouching service is requested, please refer to our price for retouching service.

Please take note that production time frame is ten to fifteen working days(except Sat/Sun or public holiday)( Times may take longer at seasonal periods for production)

Image Criteria: A4 ( not less than 700 kb ) A3 (not less than 1 mb or 1000kb)

Photo Restoration/Retouching Service(Basic) : ----- $38*

    * $38 is a image retouching service charge only not including the digital file and print out.
    * Change to Black & White
    * Restore Faded Colour
    * Remove pimple
    * Improve Figure
    * Not including damaged photo need to be remove scratched, tears and marks. Please email or bring your photo to us for quotation
    * Client have to email us the digital image .
    * Customer is allowed to one time amendment for the retouched photo, a extra service fee of $50 per hour is charged after that.
    * Model portrait retouch service (detail) start at $150 per- image. Customer is allowed to one time amendment, a extra service fee of $50 per hour is charged after that.For more detail retouching service, quotation will be depended on client's request.

Terms & Condition -printing&photoblock

By using this site, you are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

1.Copyright: We cannot accept any material which you do not own the copyright of, or breaches any other local or international laws in anyway. We print your print out or photoblock with the understanding that you are the original copyright owner or under license and, thus you assume all legal liability for the reproduction of any images you should supply to us and any arising legal consequences.

2.Please note we reserve the right to refuse to print any material which we feel may infringe upon these conditions.We may require evidence of the image owner’s consent or of your ownership of the image.We reserves the right to not accept or use any image you submit.

3.Image Sizes and Quality:You agree not to submit any picture which does not follow the Image Criteria.We are committed to the quality and stand behind the quality of our printing process, however, a print can only be as good as the original file provided to us. We can accept no responsibility for the result of images provided to us that are of poor quality or insufficient resolution. Guidelines on recommended file sizes are listed in the photo size information page, please observe these recommendations when sending your file.

4.Postage & Packaging: Postage/Courier and packaging charges within New Zealand are laid out in full on the order page. Turn around times listed are provided as a guideline only and while we will always endeavour to work within these times, occasionally unforeseen circumstances may delay production. If your prints do take longer to arrive than expected, please let us know. In the rare event that prints are damaged or lost in the post they will be replaced, however, we will require the damaged print to be returned to us.

5.Payment. All charges are made in New Zealand dollar

6.Refunds will be given at the discretion of Unique Photo Studio Ltd. Please take note that we do not responsible the postage cost for customer to return the product to us.

7.Cropping Tolerance. We will crop your image as closely as possible to what you have selected using the cropping guide but reserve the right to use a 1 cm tolerance per edge. Photoblock size: The actual size of photoblock will be smaller than the standard size because the edge of the photo will be cut into the photoblock during the production processing . No refund will be given if customer requests a refund because of this reason.

8. Product Standard: We have checked all the print out and product is up-to-standard. We reserve our legal right for anyone who discredited our company reputation .Customer can find an arbitration centre or company to provide a certification for proof of our print out/product quality is not up-to-standard, then, we can sort this out through third party for fairness and justice.

9.You shall indemnify we against any claims arising or loss suffered by us as a result of the image being used on your photo block or we storing, modifying, copying or using the image.
Our liability in respect of the Photo Block service is limited to refunding the Photo Block printing fee. We are not responsible for poor quality images on Photo Blocks.

10.The Buyer shall be responsible for any other taxes applicable in the territory to which the Goods are sent.

11.These Terms and Conditions may be varied by us at any time by giving 14 days notice of such changes by notices on our website.

12.All reasonable care will be taken in the printing, mounting or laminating of your artwork. However, we takes no responsibility and accepts no liability whatsoever for deterioration caused by circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control. Inherent Qualities. Client is aware that color dyes and inks in prints may fade or discolor over time due to the inherent qualities of dyes, we have no liability for any claims whatsoever based upon fading or discoloration due to such inherent qualities.
