Unique Photo Studio Ltd may use the email addresses supplied by those applicants who specified they wanted to receive further information from Unique Photo Studio Ltd. Applicants’ email address will not be shared with any other organisation without their permission.
Eligible applicants enter the campaign by visiting www.uniquephoto.co.nz,and by entering their name, address and a reason why they should be selected. The decision of who the these successful applicants are is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail. Entries will be void if address or contact details are incorrect or incomplete. All valid claims for entries will be met.
Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Unique Photo Studio Ltd and its related bodies corporate and agents associated with this promotion shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the promotion or any gift.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to vandalism, power failure, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Unique Photo Studio Ltd, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant Department) cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and/or may disqualify at its sole discretion any individual in any way involved in interfering or tampering with the conduct of the promotion.
Unique Photo Studio Ltd collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided by an entrant, the entrant will not be eligible to participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter.
$28 administration cost(non-refundable) or any other relate cost is requested to be paid within one week once the client confirm to redeem the prize. Pay on the session is not accepted.
The final decision and copyright rights remain the property of Unique Photo Studio Ltd.
The photography setting is for one person only, $18 per person is requested if more people want to do the photography section at the same time. It is limited to maximum to 6 people.
Make-up service is not included. Travelling fee is requested if for location shoot. Retouching service is not included. However, Unique Photo Studio Ltd reserves the rights to use professional photo retouching services. Some correctional details may be subtly visible.
All the relate cost will be forfeited on weekend booking changing. No refund of any related cost if the client cancels the booking or doesn’t come for the session after she/he confirm a booking with us no matter what reason. Only two changes session time will be accepted per winner. Fee will be applied if winner changes the session time at 3rd time. Notice change of session time must be given 4 working days prior to the original appointment(weekday booking).
Unique Photo Studio Ltd has no liability for the storage of the images.
All reasonable care will be taken in the printing, mounting or laminating of your artwork. However, Unique Photo Studio Ltd takes no responsibility and accepts no liability whatsoever for deterioration caused by circumstances which are beyond our reasonable control. Please handle with care. Print sizes may vary from print to print, and they might differ from the indicative sizes listed.
Unique Photography reserves the rights to refuse service to behavior or requests they deem inappropriate.
